I ordered custom made patches to be sewed onto trucker hats. Printing company was easy to work with and the product looks great!

What a beautiful and well thought out business. I was invited to participate in their trunk show…read morethis past weekend and enjoyed pretty much everything about this yarn lover's paradise. I was immediately impressed upon entering the store. It felt as though I had crossed the other side of the wardrobe and ended up in Knitting Narnia. Shelves of beautiful fabrics, yarns, and so many more items you didn't know you needed, but now that you've seen them you just gots to have them. There are tables and chairs nestled about for groups to hang out and knit while enjoying a coffee or snack from the Firebird Cafe located in the back of the shop. The cafe has a lot of selection of sweet and savory snackums including gluten free items; however, when I asked about contamination risk for celiac peeps they weren't sure how safe it was, so I stuck to the hot chocolate which was hot..and chocolaty..and full of goodness. May I also note that they serve wine and I am just so on board with that. Wine, knitting, and someone brought their cat in on leash... I see no reason to ever leave this place. This shop offers tons of events like the one I participated in this weekend where they invite local artists to set up inside their store and peddle their wares. The excitement from their regulars the moment the doors opened was palpable. They were just all about getting their paws on the fun, beautiful, and handy items for sale. In addition to events like these, this shop stays super involved with their locals by hosting classes that range well beyond knitting and crocheting. Every individual I interacted with here brought their best energy and enthusiasm and were so upbeat I started wondering what the secret these knitters are putting in their herbal tea... and if they'd share some with me. If you're a crafty fellow definitely check this place out. You might just walk out with the find of a lifetime, some magical knitter's tea, or even get to pet a cat on a leash...the possibilities are endless.

I went to Custom Creations before Christmas (aka at a crazy time), because I wanted to print some…read morecustom T-shirts for gifting. I needed them in 2-3 days. TL;DR I had a very tight timeline, and they delivered. They printed the T-shirts by the next day. I had 2 PDFs of the T-shirt graphics that I made in Canva. I emailed the files that morning, but being a busy holiday time, they hadn't seen my email. Luckily I was able to re-send them the files from my phone (I recommend that you just bring the file to the store or tell them in person you're sending it). The graphic files needed to be tweaked for print, but Abe is very fast. He worked on the file right then and there at the store counter. (If you're particular about fonts etc like me, you may want to work with them while they do that to make sure you're getting what you want.) They actually tried to print them the same day, so I came back a couple of hours later. (I think if it's a design they already have/simple design, they can print it within 1 hour, given they don't have other jobs lined up.) A font color on one of the T-shirts was a wrong color, and the other design had a spot where the line was disconnected, so they had to be reprinted. So I pickled them up the next day, but even then, that was a fast turnaround. The only caveat is that the base T-shirt colors/types may be limited. When I went, the only choices were white, black, gray or red in 100% cotton. (I'm not sure if they have more choices if I hadn't gone at such a busy time.) Also, unless you specify the size of the design, they may print the design really big to take up the front of the shirt. I had a more understated design in mind, but when I came to pick up my order the rectangular graphic took up the maximum space on the front. So if you have a vision about where you want the design to go, you might want to communicate that. I didn't know what I was doing, so I didn't press what I wanted--that's on me. All in all, I was impressed they could deliver in such a short amount of time. If I were to do it again, I'd try to go there at a less crowded time.

Jill does not belong in customer service…read more When I went to check out there were two people in line at each of their two registers. Gal in front of me had a price check which Jill acted like was a huge inconvenience to come over and do. The other register was dealing with a return with no receipt which the cashier couldn't handle and Jill was too annoyed to stick around and resolve. She was too stressed by the patient gal waiting for someone to help her find a product. By the time I got to check out, Miranda, the cashier, looked about ready to cry from secondhand stress. One of my items didn't have a price tag so... price check. And guess who looked thrilled about it. And gave the COMPLETE wrong price. I had grabbed one of their 99¢ bandanas and she said $6.99. I just chose not to buy that rather than argue because it wasn't worth talking to Jill. Miranda was great and very apologetic but I honestly felt bad leaving her with that kind of individual manning that area. Took about ten minutes to get through checkout and Jill was still ignoring the return issue but thankfully that poor cashier was able to get another manager over who looked pretty annoyed with Jill's inaction so I feel like this is a known issue. I hate to imagine what Jill would act like with an actually angry customer if this is how she behaved with patient folks experiencing minor issues.

I reached out to them with only 2 weeks until tip off this time (late on my part) and they were still able to help us provide 2 locations for teams and families to purchase gear, get staff shirts, and over 130 championship shirts on time. There was a slight mix up in the colors of the champ shirts that were delivered, however they were quick to come up with possible solutions for us, and worked overnight to resolve it and had new ones to us the next day in time for the first championship game! (Thanks Eduard!) Also given the short timeframe, their art department came up with a slight modification to our event logo that the girls really loved. (Thanks Jessica!)
