I purchased Warrentee's and the dealer kept the money and didn't purchase the warranties for me so I have no gap insurance or anything yet I'm out over $5000. I have no recourse because the company went out of business. This is one of Forest River's licensed dealers. And dealing with Forest River it took 63 phone calls and several months before anybody would call me back. My trailer is falling apart the table the couch are poor design. Basic necessities such as refrigerator, stove, water pump, leaking, sinks, etc., are a problem with this trailer. The manager of the Salem hemisphere trailers Shane is of no help and unwilling to do anything to correct these issues. I am out $55,000 for a trailer that cost $34,000. My advice is buy a keystone or anything other than a Forest River.

We voiced concerns about damages from falling debris and were promised that they will protect the garden and flower beds that surround the house. This was a "no pressure" meeting. In fact, it took us over a week to finally sign up with the company. The work on the two roofs (house and detached garage) took about a day and a half. The foreman was on site throughout. I called them and they very honestly said that my problem would not be worth their time but I should call Unique. I did and within a couple of hours, the owner showed up and said that he would send over an employee who was busy "tarping" a house in South Bend. Jeff showed up and within 15 min he fixed my facia and also told me that another problem I had could easily be fixed in a couple of hours. I will be calling them to schedule that job. Needless to say, the furnace was not fixed and so she called them back and was told he would be out the next day, Saturday, and see what was wrong. Long story short, that evening he told her he was too wrapped up in a house wiring project and wouldn't be able to make it. It was in the lower 50's at the time and expected to drop below freezing. At present, I have no confidence this person will fix the problem and have lodged a complaint with Liberty Home Guard about contracting with this person ever again.

He said he would send my receipt to my email. Well the next day, I ran a load of laundry and there was water on the floor, just like before. Also, it's now been 1 & 1/2 weeks later and he still won't come back and fix the washer. he hasn't sent me a receipt either. I have been hounding him by phone messages and texts, and have only talked to him twice. He makes statements claiming he'll get right back to me with a date and time, but then blows me off! I don't think it's fair to keep on starting new jobs, when you haven't finished the one you said you fixed!!! I have now been without my washer for 3 &1/2 weeks and if he has so many jobs he can't keep up, then maybe he shouldn't take on so many! I mean... is it to much to ask to get what you pay for?
