The store owner was a little weird when I was browsing the shop, not asking if I needed assistance until I approached him. The cages they keep their birds in are quite messy and empty a part from food and water which didn't look clean at all. The birds appeared quite miserable especially for one lorikeet who looked like it was begging for me to take him home. Honestly, if you're going to run a pet store, look after the animals with more care, there's no use running a business when you can't even manage it properly or even give good care advice for the animals you sell. Such a pathetic excuse for a pet shop.

This Pet Shop is poorly run. Staff are not well trained. They say that there staff are all Vet…read moreassistants which is a lie. There staff also judge client's when they walk into the store. If you look like you don't have money to spend they won't serve you or will just completely ignore you. I have watched many people in my local community walk out of this Pet Shop due to its bad service. The staff are also rude speaking to people. Other Pet Shops in the local area would like to see this shop closed for they also are suspect on how they are treating the animals they are selling to the public.
