Our family is a first time client of Priority Tax Service. I found their tax service through yelp. I have used numerous tax services/ preparers to do our taxes including 3 CPA firms. I did make contact with several other agencies prior to calling Priority Tax Service. My first initial contact was a very professional informative pleasant conversation with Kyle. This allowed me to express what I was looking for in a tax preparation service. After all, I am sharing with them our most intimate financial information. Even though it is tax time Kyle took time to answer all of my questions and to put me at ease regarding my financial concerns. We have a primary residence, 1 standard rental home and 1 home we rent out as a vacation rental, along with some other retirement investments. After the completion of our conversation I was very convinced that this was the tax service for our family. We met with Kyle yesterday. I have had taxes done here the past few years by Dan. Last year, I was pawned off to Dan's assistant Kyle as the business has grown. He was less than thorough, in that numbers entered had errors and didn't match up properly across the return forms. Then, I called on Monday 5/10 and spoke with Kyle to make an appointment for 2020 tax returns. I was told 5:30 Friday, I showed up, no record of my appointment.
