He said the quote was the same maybe 95.00. I paid him 100.00. When the job was done they called and said it was 175.00. More than double. Me being the nice guy I met them half way at 135.00. I got the exhaust home and as I was putting it on the bike it began chipping off. Powder coat is not suppose to chip. Some parts were so thick I couldn't fit the bolts through. I finally had it all on the bike with it chipping and flaking off. I started the bike and it instantly began to crack, bubble and blister. I took pictures too. Apparently he didnt use a ceramic based powder for heat like he was asked to use and should have known. I called asking for a full refund. They replied that I wasn't allowed on the property or I would be arrested. WTF???? Two weeks later and still no refund. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. I basically had my money stolen from me. The job was in no way done in a professional manor and done without the right materials. I urge people to seek another company so you don't have to lose out like I have.

He gave me a time frame of 3 weeks, which I know is a bit long, but I also was aware it was a part time/second job for him, so I was okay since I knew this going into it. I gave him a deposit and the frame. Three weeks later, I emailed him asking if he had an update, I got an email back saying it wasn't done yet. A week later I sent another email, a few days later I got a call saying it was done. He was very accommodating and let me pick it up early-ish Sunday morning. What a great job he did on it, I could not have been happier. The finish was just as nice, if not nicer than the original finish. He was meticulous, he kept the headtube clean, the bottom bracket did need facing after, but that's expected, the BB threads were in good shape, no powder in them. His communication could have been better and he took a little longer than expected, but it was worth it for the top notch work and the very fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend LB Custom Fabrication.

Called Steve at The Wheel Guy and he fit me right in to the schedule. The crew in Randolph were friendly, professional and fixed my broken wheel in about 90 minutes while I waited. Cost me less than half I would have laid out for a used replacement and its as good as new!
