A mat was rolled up against the door nearly tripping me. I look in the far corner to see people playing the popular game Fortnite. I told the gentleman I'm new at this and I wanted to get a certain item. He seemed irritated that I didnt know all the terminology. I asked him if they had a certain flavor I was looking for that my co worker had. He said the flavors don't get that intense. The employee had no interest in HELPING the customer and seemed to want me out as I told him I'd take my business else where and left. The only reason why I'm giving this place 3 stars is because of the near 5 star review and maybe I can in at a 'bad time'

Upon arriving at the store the store employee who was very nice was talking with me and I told him about how I received a discount from the online store which was great! The employee went on to tell me that if my puffco item is discounted it will void my warranty. He even went on to tell me how he's encountered customers in the past who have had this issue. Naturally I decided to purchase in store so I could keep the warranty. (If you were told your $400 product wasn't warrantied wouldn't you?) I come to find out that I was misled by the employee and I could have kept my online order (with the 25% discount) and still maintained the warranty through puffco. I reached out via the website hoping someone could help me and unfortunately I was met with short answers and a total disregard for customer service. Considering I was given incorrect information from a store employee which ended up costing me 100+ dollars I was anticipating them to recognize the mistake and hopefully attempt to right the wrong. Instead I was told "we can't do anything about it no more" and they promptly ended the discussion. Highly disappointed as I thought the shop and store employee were great and had a nice selection, but I will not give my business to a company who disregards its paying customers so flippantly.
