Expired Bloodborne pathogens certification, messes up tattoos yet say how it looks great in his eyes, the guy does drugs between customers, never got the same artists in the shop, he prefers to blame an issue on someone else than himself. And some of the equipment and shelving got roaches. He makes it seem like everything is fine but multiple people left with infected tattoos from being tatted by Erik. Better yet, he abused both of his ex wives.
