I recorded the whole process and thank god I did or I wouldn't have realized the undercover aggression he had towards me and I strongly believe it was because I am a woman of color . So we patiently waited for him to come out since the doors were locked . I asked him kindly if he had time to do 3 piercings for me and my friends . He responded with let's go hurry up and we followed . He then slammed the door behind the counter and said "what do u want" in the rudest tone possible . I felt uncomfortable and rushed . He didn't take our feelings into consideration and basically treated us rudely the whole time so we decided to leave . He began packing his stuff and rudely justified everything .

How he was able to not only do mine, but squeeze in the other two customers was amazing. And to make sure everyone got the service/great customer service was a sight to see. He was very kind and I was a little nervous, he coached me through it. Would highly recommend coming here if you would like a piercing, I followed his aftercare instructions and had no issues with my nose piercing! I came back about 3 months later to have my nose jewelry changed from a corkscrew stud to a hoop (only cost $5) and he did it so quickly. Sanitized everything in front of me even my old jewelry stud. I told him he did it so painlessly and quickly. Will be coming back for another piercing or change of jewelry from him!

I really liked how he told me that the piercing I wanted, for the reason I wanted it was BS! I like people like that! Don't sugar coat things with me I like up front people who are honest, And that's exactly what I got from Brian. He was gentle, told me exactly what to expect when he was doing my piercings, and I did not feel pain, well not that much haha. I would recommend the skate shop to anyone! She walked me through the process and checked with me multiple different times on if i liked the design. I also wasn't sure where i wanted it placed and she helped me find a great spot for it. She talked to me the whole time, offered me a snack, and didn't make it feel rushed whatsoever. The process was smooth and simple. We showed up 10 minutes early and Liz was waiting. She and a gentleman tattoo artist greeted us and were both pleasant. We even had a little mishap coming in and everyone joked about it and made us feel more comfortable. We proceeded up to Liz's work space which was cute and quaint. She was very well organized and clean. We discussed placement and she helped my daughter make an educated decision. She asked about the meaning of the tattoo and we chatted the entire time. My daughter said she had a very light hand and is very happy with her new ink and is looking to book with Liz again in the future for her floral piece.
