Washed, desheding, nails, and blown out all on an anxious dog with zero trouble. Incredibly knowledgeable and an amazing service. I almost never review anything. But this really moved me to. As I was…read morewalking through I was looking at the animals there....i have NEVER been so disappointed...the guinea pigs were physically WET because of the conditions of the cages. The rats were also wet all along the bottom. I counted over 15 dead batas on ONE shelf. There was a single bird in cage that was almost totally bald and constantly pulling and ripping feathers out, looked terrible! I went to check out and set my VERY FEW items on the counter, honestly debated on even spending anything after what I had seen....and the cashier just looked off into space for a solid 45-60 seconds, no greeting or a single word! I have never been so disappointed and in utter shock like I have today!! i bought a hamster for my 5 year old from there last year and only had problems. she was soo sweet, but had skin issues and would stop eating while she was having issues. Took her to vet twice and had no actual answers besides she was sick....ended up losing our baby. After seeing the conditions today, I am wondering if I just happened to catch the cages actually cleaned for once when I bought her! I took my Pomeranian there for 2 months and they were okay, the 3rd month they were fabulous and…read morethe 4th month they ruined his fur by cutting way too deep into the undercoat plus the cut overall being uneven. Here we are MONTHS LATER, and my dog's fur is still not grown back in places and is 'patchy'. I've been told that a Pomeranian can take up to a year to fully recover from a damaged undercoat. To say I'm upset is an understatement. I am not going to say that they aren't good with a standard bath, etc. or even a single coat dog. But if you have a double-coated dog like a Pom, I would go someplace else. Oh, and then they tried to make it be MY fault like I asked them to do this cut where there were places shaved down to his skin.

I also use Branson Vets and between them both she has been giving the best of care! Heather also holds a position at the Vet's and always when our Ms Mollie has to have something done Heather is always there to be with her! Ms Mollie absolutely loves Heather! when both girls, Sorcha (she's our wild one and a Shih Tzu and just turned 3) really gives them, Heather and the other groomers, a run for there money! When they are out and about I ALWAYS get such lovely compliments on them and how pretty they are And the "smell" so good! Nope I didn't do it, it was her "hairdresser"! All the ladies are very professional but my girls are very spoiled, they only let Heather do them! Ms Mollie and Sorcha have been given very professional and excellent grooming.
