As a young man, I knew that I wanted to be an entrepreneur growing up, but for what category? The answer was in front of me the entire time. I loved taking care of my vehicles in my years as a teenager. It was very rare that you would see my vehicle get dirty. Soon enough, a couple of Facebook videos gave me the extra kick I needed to start my own car detailing business. I started off only doing interior details and interior cleanings for the first few months of my career... then moved quickly into window tinting, car polishing and ceramic coatings. Fast forward to 2026, we have 4 people on staff, with a new build 3k SQ FT shop and THOUSANDS of satisfied customers!

My name is Evan Dils, owner and CEO at Pristine Auto Spa: Ceramic Coatings, Window Tint and Auto Detailing! I mainly work in the customer service, quality control, and communications department of the business. For the last 4 years I wore nearly every hat in the business... and soon realized that it was unsustainable doing every job by myself. Hiring employees was one of the best things that happened to the business... simply for the fact that I was not alone anymore. Having a team that enjoys each other's company is something I am proud of building. Not only that but having employees also improves the customer experience. Theres been a lot of bumpy roads in the last 5 years of owning a business, but I wouldn't change anything about the path I have taken.
