What I can say is that I canceled after what I viewed as a difficult series of interactions with the owner. Read his opening on Yelp, that the customer is not always right. I felt that his lack of professionalism and multiple attempts to change the price, combined with his inability to meet a schedule agreed to a month in advance indicated that his management style and approach to business were not something I had confidence in. My sweet mother decided to get my car detailed while I was in labor so that I had a clean car for my brand new baby to come home in. She decided to have this shithole company detail my car and let me tell you my car was anything but pristine!! To start things off, they gave her the runaround on scheduling. Once they finally made it out to the house an employee (not sure of name) PRETENDED to detail my vehicle. As you can see from the pictures whoever was "cleaning" my car might as well have been blind. Every seat was covered with black marks which weren't even there to begin with. Seriously it looked worse than before!! Once we saw what a terrible job had been done we called to explain our disappointment as my mother was charged $200 dollars. It was extremely hard to get in touch with the owner. It was as if the owner didn't want to deal with it. Absolutely NO accountability was taken and they told my mother "Ma'am we can't be perfect". They then offered to come back and fix what was missed but after the disrespect they weren't getting any more of our time. You would think a business that has clearly had some success in the past wouldn't be acting as if they have zero customer service skills. I wouldn't recommend this service to my worst enemy. After they treated my mother how they did they are now on my shit list. You will be wasting money and time on a company that absolutely does not deserve it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. read more

Had them come out and clean and detail my vehicle. Service was fast and on time. No problem with the speed. Paid 120 dollars for a cleaning and detail. I cleaned my car myself to make it a little easier. What I got was basically a wipe down. There was still dust in areas that weren't corners and my rear view mirror wasn't cleaned at all. My service included a engine bay detail. They left twigs and leaves in my bay. I was busy at work and didn't have time to do a full inspection. I signed and gave 18% tip. Later on I contacted what I assume to be the owner in regards to the still messy car. They basically told me that I agreed to the TOS and approved the work after it was completed. My mistake for not taking more time away from work to check on their work. Oops. My mistake. Manager told me basically too bad. They aren't going to fix the problem and told me if I wanted the twigs and leaves removed, I should have opted for the q tip detail which is twice the price. Never calling them again. I had Pristine come out to do a Maintenance Detail on my 2000 Corvette Convertible. She is my wife's pride and joy so TLC is a must. They came mostly on time ready to work. One special item that needed attention was the convertible top. It was dingy from being in storage a lot. Even I felt this was a little extra they had no problem taking care of it for me. They took 30 to 45 minutes to complete the job. And the results were outstanding. My wife was thrilled. Even my neighbor dropped by to see what was happening and was shocked at how good it looked. So I was very pleased with the work they did. Even the convertible top was beyond what I had imagined possible. Their service was surprisingly amazing. They missed couple spots when cleaning our old 17-year Chevy before donating it. They even made it look worse, but who cares. It was dirty anyway, and was most likely sold at some auction. They deserve even a nice tip for their lousy job. Keep up good work! Bad business and totally not a customer centric way to do business. The best thing I can say about the company is they are quick to answer calls when you are trying to book. We could have done a better job ourselves. There were still bugs in the grill, mud in the back of truck bed, filth on the visor and nasty on the "o shit" handle. Contacted Pristine via their FB page on Saturday night and got a message back letting me know he would call me back the next day, which he did and was able to get me in on Monday. It was somewhat of an emergency because I couldn't drive my car until it had been cleaned after being broken into on Friday night. It all sounds good. Perhaps it was because it was the end of the day and they rushed to try to get it done. The outcome was the lack of paying attention to detail. The interior grab handles were just as dirty as before. I emptied all console boxes and found them vacuum but filthy with dirt. The door cubbies were dirty. It lacked the detail that you would expect spending $180 I had a light mist of paint overspray that was the the purpose of my call to them. The extra claybar rub and wax. After they said they were done I found the tailgate untouched and covered with overspray, not clay bared. They did a quick rush and were upset they had to wait for the wax to set. The front of the truck still had bugs and road grime on the lights. I began to clean them as I commented on the level of detail lacking. They just watched me continue to clean the truck they said they had finished. The last part of the "detail" I demanded was them to clean the stainless steel exhaust tip. I was told they dont do tailpipes. They reluctantly sprayed with some window cleaner and wiped it off. Today I'm washing my truck and found spots of areas unwaxed or clay barred. They never touched the roof of the crew cab or anything above eye level. Take in mind prior to their work I had already polished the overspray off the front fenders and hood. The quick detail wax and use of off the self auto parts cleaners seemed odd to me. As was the home grade washer, the need for my water, hose and power and be considered a true "mobile" detail company. A little amateurish. So if you dont mind a piss poor final product, drop $180 buck in a wash and interior vacuum and a quick wipe. It's not a level of detail you can consider professional. Not me! read more

Scheduled my detailing about 1 month in advance. Easy process and actually forgot I had until the confirmation email. This was for a 27 year old Chaparral I consider to be my prized possession. It's the boat I grew up on and was handed down to me from my father. Try as I may, there is just a level of care I can't provide. Sooo..I'm usually not one to complain when I come in contact with bad service BUT this was pretty bad. Our Apt. was at 10:00am & they showed up at 10:45am. He called to tell me, so I am not too concerned with that. But then, when they showed up, one guy worked on the truck for an hour or so while the other two guys sat in the truck and did what I perceived as...nothing. THEN they didn't even wash my truck. They wiped it down with rags & left dirt & bugs all over the grill guard, tires, etc. I did however, have a conversation with the guy on the phone the day before and told him I was more concerned with the inside than the outside but I didn't know that meant it wasn't going to get washed at all!! Also, during our conversation, his exact words were, "we will get every dog hair." When I went to see how things were going I asked if they were done & he said, "10 more min." (It was still filthy) then I asked him to go over it with a vacuum again and he said, "well, we can't get EVERY dog hair." Ummm?? I thought you said you could? Also, the inside of our windows are SO FOGGY! Anyway. I'm not being petty but our truck is still filthy for $120.00 & I'm pissed. If you're going to tell someone you'll do something, do it. Used this service a few months ago for my Grand Cherokee. After the crew "finished" I was unable to check their work as I had a customer in my office. It was quite disappointing when I was finally able to look at my car. There were still bugs and cow poo all over it and the dash and door panels had countless places that had been missed. We are visiting my mother-in-law this weekend in Llano and she had an appointment to have her suv detailed. They came to the house and did a really nice job. Our truck was filthy from my hubby's hunting trip a few weekends ago, so I asked if they could squeeze another vehicle in today. They had another appointment, but came back afterward and did a fantastic job!! The truck smells amazing and is very clean. It's a bit pricier than going to a car wash, but worth the convenience of having them come to you!! I hope they come down towards the Blanco area one day; my Jeep is filthy, lol. read more

Paid for a make ready detail only to come home and find mud left on the door panels, grill and bumpers. They left trash in my yard, when I called and sent pictures they returned when it was convenient for them to touch up the whole truck. Wouldn't recommend using them to anyone. I recently hired PCMD to clean our company cars with an agreed upon price, service, and date. They showed up to the job 1 1/2 hours late for the appointment and begin to clean the vehicles. I went to inspect the first one when they said they were through and noticed they had not cleaned any part of the back of the car and they had wiped off about 1/3 of the inside leaving noticeable streaks and dust throughout. I showed them the areas of concern and they said they would take care of the areas. I then went back to my meetings and they continued to clean the rest of the cars. At the end of the day they found me and said they were through and that they had completed all of the services agreed upon. I was in the middle of a meeting and could not go and inspect them so I thanked them and they left. About 30 minutes later I was able to go and look at their work and discovered they had not changed anything on the first car and the remaining ones looked just as bad. I had to finish the job on the cars so they would not look as bad. I immediately called my point of contact (Josh) and explained what I had discovered and he was very understanding at first and said he would call me the next day to talk it over. When he called back today he stated he had looked at the pictures and disagreed with the assessment and that what did I expect for $232 he had quoted me. I respectfully said we would not need his service anymore and would pay the bill. I hate to have to do things such as this but I have gotten better washes out of the $6 drive through. Maybe it was a bad day but I expect to pay for a service and have the service be completed regardless of the price you pay. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I know I have to give a one star rating and the only reason I would do this is because the individuals that came to perform the service were very polite. read more
