I had the interior of my Subaru detailed by Kelton. When he completed the job and asked me to take a look it looked fine, but thats because it was fresh and shiny. I noticed immediately the next day that the inside of my front windshield was full of a spotty residue as well as the rest of my interior. The dash, the doors, by my radio, on my speakers, all looked terrible with this white residue. I'll try and post some photos of it. I emailed Kelton making this complaint and asked if there was anything I could do at home to get these spots off, especially off of my front windshield. He told me water and vinegar, I tried multiple different vinegars and nothing worked. I updated him about how it didn't work, also explaining my currently financial situation about losing both of my jobs to COVID and how it would be a huge pain for me to have to pay to get all of this removed since I couldn't do it myself. He set up an appointment with me at 8am on a Saturday to do a complimentary fix of this. A confirmed appointment of which I have an email exchange as proof. Guess what. I wake up, wait around, Kelton doesn't show. I call Hall of Fame Detail and ask what is going on with my appointment and why no one showed up, Kelton was out on another job. When I expressed how frustrated I was I only received a sorry. I am extremely frustrated having to have spent all of this money for my car to turn out looking worse than it did before, as well of going through this whole process of not being supported by Kelton and Hall of Fame when I have tried to be patient over this past month (my original emailed complaint to Kelton was on 8/10). The only reason why I put 2 stars is because the vacuum job was great, but everything else was pretty terrible. If you have a Subaru with a black interior I would second guess working with this company.

It wasn't cheap. I was told that if it looked bad, it would be replaced at no cost (by the previous manager Kristianna Garcia who no longer works there). Since then, I have had quite a few dings. I'm not at the point where the whole thing needs to be replaced, so I didn't think I'd have a problem. I called and asked if I could possibly have a few little pieces that I could cut to try to fit over the open areas, and the person I talked to, said they couldn't do that, that I could come down and they would take a look at it. That's an hour or an hour and a half, just one way. I asked if the manager could could just mail me little pieces, and the manager had said no--and he said they couldn't do that. I even offered to send him a self addressed stamped envelope, and he declined. I told him I would not show those pieces to their competitors, and they still wouldn't agree to it. So I told them when I was finished, I was going to write a review, and they weren't going to like it. But it's the truth. What I think looks bad, they may look at it and say it didn't look bad. So it's relative? Again, all I am asking for is a few little scraps mailed to me. If you're going to have work done here, just think about it. If you have problems in the future, you may run into a bunch of excuses.

Wow. I scheduled an appointment last week to have the oxidation buffed out of my 3 year old camper…read more I had done part of the back myself , decided my schedule was too full to go further and to go ahead and give my business to a local pro to finish the job. To start with I was told they'd be here at 7-7:30 am. A couple of younger guys showed up around 8:30. I was willing to over look that part even though no one called or apologized for the tardiness after I had to wait longer than planned to meet them before I could leave for work. So anyway , I spent a few minutes showing the guys a 2 foot by 8 foot section of the back where I had successfully buffed out the oxidation myself and wanted the rest to look this way. Fast forward to the afternoon..... After getting home , I was extremely disappointed to find that no oxidation had been removed and the problem has been made worse by the fact that they applied wax over the top of the oxidation. Now , what I have is oxidation with a shine to it??? Really?? After calling the owner, Justin, he tried to tell me that the oxidation could not be removed. What? Is there not a huge area of the back, which is the worst area facing the sun, where I already buffed out the oxidation myself? ... ( Using a cheap buffer and some oxidation remover ) Even if that were the case I would have preferred a phone call right away stating that "hey, we're having a hard time getting this off, what would you like us to do? " At which point I could have told him " thanks for your time , I'll have my wife give you a few bucks for your trouble" and I could begin a new search for someone who knows what they are doing or just continue on my own. I never heard from anyone that they were running into trouble. On top of that the , Justin , the "owner" was extremely unprofessional in his handling of the situation. Kept calling me " Dude" and telling me how he " doesn't have time for this crap " Before hanging up on me. He had also mentioned his guys called him that they were having trouble , that they couldn't get it off. At that point, they should have stopped. Someone evidently made the call to slap some wax on it , get the money and run. Now , not only am I out the $500 cash they ran off with , I have blotchy wax job AND oxidation that has to be fixed. What a waste of time and money , plus the extra work this has created.
