I have had stains in my carpets for YEARS. I had another company come out to clean and they did a good job but there were still a few pesky spots. I didn't expect them to come out anyway so I wasn't disappointed. About a year later I came across Blue Dog's website and it said they specialize in pet odor removal. This is not just a slogan! He gives suggestions on what you might need done but doesn't pressure you to get it done. However, listen to the suggestions and feel free to ask him questions! why? because he explains why you should and isn't going to tell you something that isn't needed or will improve your carpet tremendously. He has great customer service and it giving you what you pay for! Couldn't be happier with the results he consistently gives.
