They were quick to respond and very communicative. I lived out of town and was moving into a new place that I wouldn't be able to assess or show them until the actual move in day. So they were just really flexible and accommodating to my unique situation. The new place wasn't as thoroughly cleaned as the property management promised. Shake the house cleaning team got the job done better than the property management's cleaners and really made the home more inviting and comfortable for my family to move in. We live out of state and needed help with a rent house. Shake The House was very responsive and helpful! They did a video call with us to show the condition of the house and what needed to be done. They did the work in a timely manner and advised us on what to do and what not to do. They have several different companies they work with to provide anything from cleaning to hanging blinds and repairing broken tile!
