Shortly into the job, Kevin became concerned that we were dealing with a bigger issue. He fully evaluated the situation and presented me with the best way to fix it - and fix it right. It turned into a much bigger job than I originally thought but I was very thankful that now it is fixed correctly and he didn't just patch the problem and move on. I then hired them to level my backyard for the placement of an above ground pool. 12x24 ft. The contractor who actually installed the pool said he had never seen a "more perfectly level, square or compacted pad ever - they were spot on". Kevin is extremely talented, detail oriented and quite a perfectionist. Both he and Osman have a work ethic that is amazing. They seemed knowledgable and they had good pricing. Not the lowest price but good pricing. They did the job, provided me with pictures and I paid. Around a month later I noticed visible leaks around the skylight which was part of the new roof that they installed. I contacted WMD and told them about the issue and also provided them with additional work as I needed vent covers to be installed at two different addresses. I was told that they would check out the leak and repairs but they never did. They will now not return my calls or text messages even when I am offering them more work as I am now building a garage at the same property. Do not go with this company as they will not come Back to your job. There are thousands of roofing companies in DFW. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one.
