I was very pleased to find Legacy Plumbing who clearly had the best reviews for plumbing services in the Dallas area. I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day. They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for any plumbing or water heater installation needs. This is a very professional company what goes out of its way to provide exceptional customer service. There was no sales pitch and no pressure. As I have always said, selecting a reputable company and high-quality equipment is important, but having it installed properly by a team of highly knowledgeable experts is the most important aspect of the job. Went into the Southern Floors store on a day they were, ironically, changing their flooring. They…read moreare literally right outside my subdivision at about 0.8 miles from my house which is a REALLY nice subdivision with expensive houses. I was after getting a small project accomplished...a 9 x 11 master closet changed from carpet to wood look tile. My carpet is 18 years old and bunched up. But they apparently don't want my business because they asked me to send pics of what I had in mind because they wouldn't let me look at the selection for very long. They seemed as if they were too busy and put out to help a new customer since they were working on removing and returning the sampled inventory. This was a Monday and she said they'd be out to measure on Tuesday or the latest Wednesday and that was 4 weeks ago. I think it's they just don't want to do small jobs and weren't honest about it. But I always do small jobs to test the waters and evaluate their work first like I did with my granite countertops, before scheduling a much larger job. If they did great, I'd have gotten the rest of the carpet out of here. I cannot attest to their work because they don't want my business. Customer service has really taken a dive since Covid. Shame too, we like to use local small businesses.
