I made two phone calls and sent an email...no response for days. When I did hear from them they informed me that they "just didn't get to it." The receptionist/office manager talked over me, kept saying we don't have the staff, and went on about how so and so quit...responses that reflect badly on the company and show the complete incompetence and maturity of the speaker. I also noticed an inability for this company to return phone calls from me to schedule service treatments that in the beginning they claimed they would schedule for me.
