He gave me an estimate and had me sign a contract for a year. He left with the understanding he would call me Monday to set up a time for spraying. Here it is , Wens. No call from him. I called the office and spoke with receptionist..she's so nice. I shared my concern about not receiving a call back from tech Gary. This company is more expensive than others I quoted, but I believe in doing business locally if you can. Usually you get better customer service and it helps your community. Finally I receive a call back from Gary and his attitude was he didn't know when he could get out to my house. He was too busy. Too busy? Really? Maybe I'm wrong, but to stay busy you have to have customers. To have customers you need to treat them with respect. He suggested I try to get someone else to spray for me. So wish I could have dealt with the guy Mike I spoke to at first. Needless to say I am not recommending Falcon. I'm choosing another company they can get to me on Monday. Justin (the Technician) was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. This was my first time I ever hired a Pest Control company, so I had a lot of questions. Justin quelled all of my pesticide safety concerns. And while he was doing the spraying, he took the time to explain to me about how the pesticide is carried back to the ant's nest to kill ALL of them. I thought that was pretty interesting. In short.
