Since we moved here, we had hired multiple people to mow the lawn, but the weeds were out of control and we were having pest issues. From the start, Rod has been extremely helpful in diagnosing the problems with our lawn and following through with the treatments. Great communication, so many other lawn mowers we've had in the past have basically ghosted us. With Rod and his team, we are not only knowing when the lawn will be mowed but he is also keeping track of the weeds, pests, and fungi. Our weeds are not yet gone, but it seems like the pests are, based on the way the grass is growing in. Rod continues to help spray the weeds and keep an eye on them as he comes for our biweekly mowing. The lawn is looking healthier than when we moved in! Amazing value as well - lawn maintenance isn't cheap these days. Looking forward to our continued service.

I was told to expect the professionalism, attention to detail, and good prioritization skills. I found none of those to be true. In fact, the level of performance was no better than a $10 a hour day laborer. Instead of going down my list of priorities and working those professionally, I found they attempted to do everything on my list as quickly as possible which just made everything look half done and shoddy. I spoke with the owner, Jason, who never once went out to the property to express my grievances and he defended the labor and gave excuses. There was not a single critical eye in the group, they needed guidance even after they were given a list, there was zero attention to detail, and they even omitted basic stuff like putting outdoor furniture back the way they found it. One piece of furniture was literally left on it's side. I've tried working with them to resolve these issues but they preferred I leave a review and pay the invoice in full rather than work with me to resolve my issues.

Uneven , said he would use a different mower to even it up...next time. Dirt left was because his blower ran out of gas. I reached out to Mike on Friday and he said he would be able to pencil me in. Due to his work load/weather Mike wasn't able to give me an exact time, but promised it would be done by Sunday night. Well Sunday came and Mike messaged me with a time. He showed up on time, looked at the job, and gave an AMAZING price. Literally half of what I had paid in the past with other companies!
