I had booked the appointment for 12 noon and called around 10:30 am to confirm, but when they answered the phone they said the technician would be late by 30 minutes. And then texted again to say an additional 30 min delay. At first I was annoyed, however they agreed to give me a $20 discount. When the technician arrived he was very apologetic, and the delay was due to the previous customer being late and having to move around their furniture. I could see that it was an honest situation and that it was not the technicians fault he is a hard worker and it was a hot day. I chalked it up to being an unfortunate circumstance.
