I waited for over two years for two tree service companies in Garden City to provide tree trimming services which they both said they would do but neither followed up the execption of one which actually inspected the work I needed done but he never followed up, even after my contacting him several times. Last May, 2024 I learned about Pro Cut Tree Service and contacted Troy Hawker, the owner. He indicated he was very busy (which all of these companies are) but said he could do my job in August, 2024; however, unlike the others I tried to work with, he did stay in contact with me. In late September, 2024 he contacted me again and said he would arrive at my place around October 10, 2024. I held my breath, but he did as he said he would do, which is uncommon with many service business that I have dealt with.
