Basically, he had very little actual skills and subcontracted out painting, countertops, tile, flooring and other work. So he had to wait in line for their availability just like anyone else. I had about 20% of change orders which I paid and gave him extra time to finish. I would go to the jobsite on a pretty day, no one there, even when he was a month behind schedule, after extra time for changes. When he was there, he would bring his infant baby (no place for a baby) and be gone in a few hours. He talks a big game about integrity and honesty but in the end, he quit the job and left me high and dry And won't respond. I have the texts and receipts to prove it. Don't do it.

Because now, they are both gorgeous and AMAZING and true pieces of art! He did such great work I am having him custom design an outdoor shower for me. I'd trust him with anything. He has taken immaculate care of my house throughout the entire process. He cleans the work site everyday. He and his fiancée do everything together. And they are simply the greatest people. BEWARE!!! JSC Construction out of Chandler walked off of the job after shoddy work by unskilled…read morecraftsmen and $1800 worth of damage to home. They also ordered the wrong screen enclosure and instead of sending it back they cut it up into pieces and tried to make it work. Had to hire another contractor to finish work after many unreturned messages to the owner. Said they had insurance but would not claim damages and fix all of their shoddy work. Turns out a reputable contractor will not ask for money up front, don't get sucked in on the low bid only to pay more as they screw up. The nepotism in this company is throughout which wouldn't be a problem if they knew what they were doing. The workers spent more time on their phone than working. Left a mess on the days they did show up to work.
