He gave great detail about the wood, design, size and even details on materials. He is very passionate and creative in designing just the right fence for us. Definitely had some challenges on the way to include weather, labor and the wood. He told up front the timeline based on the product and then had some delays because of rain and labor issues. During the process he was a great leader to team, organized and kept the area picked up at the end of the day. AND at the end our fence turned out fabulous! Our neighbors on the side of us also decided to get their fence done too. We were all very pleased.

For the last 2 mths they have missed pickup every week & had to call. At one point this went on for 3 weeks with NO PICKUP at all. When I called this morning for yet another missed pickup-I was told their drivers will no longer accomodate the disabled pickup at the end of her driveway, but that my 85 yr old mother would have to drag her can up a football field length to the top of the road for pickup. Ridiculous!!! So what are elderly or disabled to do about their trash?!?

I did that, thought my problems were solved, but within an hour of having the water on the leak was back. I then decided to give Rub A Dub a try. Aaron came by and, unlike the other two, went to work to find the leak. After some bush-cutting and rock moving, he determined the connection between my copper and PVC pipes had broken in the yard, and he repaired the fitting promptly. Thank you very much for your help. I think I will be using this company for all plumbing needs going forward.

They told me that my water heater's mother board was bad and was obsolete / no longer available. Thus, the only option was to replace the entire system at a cost of nearly $5K. Feeling stuck and taking their word for it, replacing the unit is what we did. A couple months later, my second tankless system (same make, model and age as the first one) went on the fritz. Troubleshooting this system, it too was a motherboard problem, yet this time (not with Rub-a-Dub), a replacement motherboard was available for $300, a far cry from replacing the entire system at 16X the cost! Needless to say, this was a pretty frustrating realization to have about Rub-a-Dub's service call and recommendation. They definitely got me! :-(

They installed a Halo 5 water softener this summer. We have tried to reach them by phone about some potential issues such as water damage on our floor near the installation site and asking for their assistance on how we can register for a warranty on the product. We wanted to see if they could check to make sure that it's not still leaking or at least give us some advice on how to do that. We have not heard back from them and it's been at 2 least weeks. We posted a review similar this one on their company website but it's not showing now. We are very frustrated by their lack of call back response especially after spending 6K plus on this product and service. Thank goodness when we called the manufacturer they were very helpful and answered our questions.

He does a wonderful job corresponding with customers, especially with all the work that he has to take care of in addition to customer service. The service you receive when you walk through the door is the same service the field teams give when they install your order. Zack is our shop supervisor and is very diligent to take accurate measurements and provide clear game plans for getting work done efficiently, and our shop team works together and gets things done efficiently and professionally. It is now the end of November and no fence and the only updates we get are when my husband contacts them. Yesterday my husband went to the shop and the promised they would be here today, November 23rd at 8 a.m... it is 8:30 and no show again today. We are now February 23rd and the fence has been completed and of course the owner brought the final invoice wanting a check THAT DAY! My husband simply said we would like to review the invoice please and will get a check to them next day. We have waited for a gate for 6 months! When my husband would ask questions about issues the owner would only push back and take no responsibility. In good conscience I can not recommend this company.

This review is being posted with mixed feelings. I used this company to install a metal garage in…read moremy backyard a couple of years ago and have no complaints. However, when I called them to come and install a carport at my mom's house next door, they were very quick to take my deposit. The very next day we found out that my uncle on the other side of the country is on his deathbed. I subsequently called my rep to advise that we were going to have to cancel the installation because we need to use that money to fly the family out there to see my uncle before he passes. I was told that my deposit is nonrefundable, even though it was not mentioned verbally to me. It was apparently on the document that I signed, but obviously I didn't read every single fine print and it was not mentioned to me verbally. I am being told that the best they can do is hold a deposit for any future install. This is ridiculous to say the least. A death in the family is a pretty good excuse and this heartless company is holding onto the $400 deposit as if they had started actually working on the account. This was a day after the visit so they didn't even start cutting metal or anything. And oh yeah, not to mention, my mother is recently widowed, 87 years old, and relies on Social Security for her income. The manager that was supposed to call me back three days ago has not bothered to call me to discuss this at all. I am disinclined to ever use them again, and if anyone ever asks me about this company, I will gladly share this.
