I showed her online what people were buying from Amazon and I told her I did not want to buy Amazon because I wanted to support local. She showed a dress that was similar to the dresses on Amazon which was a infinity wrap dress she tried to show me different ways to wrap the dress but I told her I had concerns about it not covering my chest area or the right garment underneath she told me to go on YouTube and look at some other ways or i can come back before the function and she or her daughter wioils wrap the dress. I went home reviewed online options and there was no way for me to wrap the dress that things would not be showing. They left the alarm tag on the dress. so I had to go back and I told her I couldn't make the dress work because there was no way for me to wrap it that it would not be revealing my chest in some way. she told me she could not take it back because all sales are final even though she said for me to let her know if i was not completely pleased. She said the policy was not to give any refund even though it only had the dress three hours. she exchanged address and there was a difference in the payment and she told me she had to give it to me a gift Card and could not put the difference back on my card. She said I was attacking her even though I did not say any cross words words to her yet she told her son to go spray to dress down even though it had been 20 minutes since I had left the dress there. So she was being passive aggressive with me I was trying not to make a scene in her store in front of her customers. Do not shop at this business.... With horrible service and horrible policy. Over the years I've acquired quite a bit of clothing from this boutique and always find myself going back to see what new pieces they've added to their collection. It helps that I follow their Facebook page so I always see the updates ( although I don't know if my husband would agree hahah). But what I love just as much as the clothing and accessories is that BoldSoul Boutique really stands for something much greater than itself. A percentage of their sales goes to a children's home in Haiti, the owner actually goes there a few times a year to help out herself. With so much going on in the world it's always good to see there are still genuine people out there who are wanting to do good. A Buccaneers item caught my husband's eye (lifelong fan and yes, he'll be celebrating until the next Super Bowl) so we decided to pop in. - TLC - One man was holding down the shop. He greeted us and asked us if we were looking for anything in particular. The item that caught my husband's eye was the Buccs logo on a wooden board in the shape of the state of Florida. They had a small one but we noticed that there were much bigger boards with other teams so we asked him about it. He said the empty space in the wall was the Buccs one and that he had ordered more and was expecting some the following week. He gave us a postcard sized flyer and said when we came back, to present the card to get 10% off. Well, thank you, Sir! We will be back because the husband has been celebrating since February 7th and has been accumulating all this Buccs stuff. Not sure where he thinks he's going to put all this stuff, but the man is happy! - The Goods - The store is not very big, but they seem to have a little bit of everything.
