I called on Monday and they they said they would put me on a contractor list and should see someone in about three to four months. I expressed my concern about critters getting into the roof, but the receptionist was very apologetic about how busy they were. The next morning I got a call from Daniel (owner) and he said he didn't want to leave me with open soffit since I was leaving the area for a couple months. He was out to my place and had the soffit fixed in a couple hours. Saved me lots of aggravation in trying to get the roof protected from animals and birds. Reasonable price for an emergency call!!
