The covered everything and they painted the ceiling flawlessly. It looks great. But we had the ongoing issue that they charged me $450.00 to fix the seam in my ceiling. There attempt was poor. Adding spackle over another coat of spackle is not the answer. For $450. I told him to expect this rating on the service. I called Bryon back to ask them to repair it correctly. He sent an worker back and guess what he did? He added another coat of spackle with paint in it. FAIL. Then when I asked about it you said, "Sorry, we were working on other business". So, NO I didn't cancel the first time, I canceled the next day when it was pouring down rain and you agreed. Then we set the next appointment and again you didn't show up. Then you responded by blaming me for not giving the right address, all when you were not going to show up again. You had previously responded that you had found my address in a text. All you have to do is look at the string of texts to see that everything I'm saying is absolutely true. You missed two appointments and the other was canceled before you had a chance to not show up. You then chastised me for posting a review on YELP because it hindered your business. It was a strong storm. When I asked about coming back tomorrow, they said they had to be in Vegas and would come back on Saturday. They had never mentioned that at all. I wish they had mentioned that, and we would have scheduled another day when they could have competed the job since I have had my mulch all messed up and my yard due to no gutters and we have had some heavy rain. I have only some gutters now I do not have them tied in as they are not tied in, and water goes everywhere. So I called Thursday, Friday, and Saturday morning to make sure they were coming and no response. I called back today (Saturday) to see if they plan to return to finish the work and no one at the company has answered my call or returned my call. Also when I was quoted the salesman (Jonathan) was new and forgot to mention that my solar pipes for pool had to be removed. So, I have the added expense in paying someone to fix that after they cut them. There excuse was that Jonathan was new with the company and he did not know to mention that to homeowners. So that is a red flag as they are pricing out jobs with an untrained employee estimating the job. When I asked about fixing their error, they said they are not plumbers. Also when they left, they didn't clean up fully and left some of their tools in my yard, boxes in my yard with miscellaneous parts in them and trash. Update - They did arrive and finished the job (a guy that works for another gutter company and works on the weekends doing side jobs, was not the folks I actually hired) but never called, just showed up unannounced. I was not home since they never called or answered the phone when I called. When I did come home, they left 25 or more metal pieces that my 2 lab puppies had in their mouths and could have swallowed or cut their mouth (see photos). My dogs kept chewing on them. Also, my kids could have stepped on those pieces as well. When I addressed it, all he said was "I will address it with my guys." Also I had to replace my solar pipes they cut recklessly and cost me $200 and when they cut it, they cracked 2 ends that also had to be replaced as well. If they would have cut it correctly or let me know that it had to be removed before they started the job (remember their estimator by their own admission was new and didn't know) I would have had my handyman Jack who was here when their estimator was here, would have disconnect them not costing me new parts and extra labor. Lastly - I have not paid them. I am not that guy, but I have not heard from them or received a phone call to make arrangements for payment. Of course, I will be not paying as agreed as I will deduct for my troubles, not answering the phone, repairs of solar, and not cleaning up their metal, tools, boxes, and trash out of my yard (both times they were here). Update - I had to call Cape Coral police and have them ran off my property due to the fact they wanted to charge me full price even though they damaged my home which I had to pay someone else to repair. In addition I have video of them cursing (thank God I have camera's around my home), being unprofessional, calling myself and my wife names and them threatening me and my family. The Cape Coral PD had to tell them that if they ever step foot on my property again they will be arrested and had to be escorted off. If you want to hire a professional, don't hire these kids. They are thugs!
