Furthermore, Jorge would ignore my calls and take weeks to respond to a text message. Two months later he has failed to do anything he said he would, and only provided me with excuses has to why he couldn't do what he said he would. For a company that says they value customer satisfaction I was extremely dissatisfied by his lack of professionalism. Unless you want to waste your time, STAY AWAY!!!!

The company will do all the ordering and labor down to the last nail. They also let you choose to work with a specific vendor for an item or two, or do some of the easier tasks yourself (like painting). They were very flexible and my budget really appreciated that. They also are very good about staying in contact and being open to questions. This was my first experience working with a company and I had A LOT of questions! You can expect to be satisfied upon completion. The owner does not calculate final payment until he is sure the homeowner is pleased.
