Quality: I've been…read moredealing with an electric problem at my house that appears to be dangerous, and my power to certain circuits is going in and out and making noises, and I've had them out twice to "investigate" the issue. They haven't done anything that I would deem worthy of the term "investigating" other than taking off a few switch covers and saying,"everything looks fine". (It's not). I've made videos of the flickering and noise, and have requested that they actually look at a panel or something. I'm not pleased. Responsiveness: It's impossible to get them to call you back when they tell you that they will, and at this point I'm not calling again. They were supposed to be calling the electric company for me, and after two weeks of waiting, I decided to call the power company, which they said mike's service never called them. No surprise. Conclusion and next steps: I didn't want to pay Vinson Electric to do the job because their rates are a little higher, but if I can get the job done before my house burns down, it's worth the safety of my family.

Gave it a couple more weeks and one more time reached out to him. Said he had to visit a sick family member and would get back to me. No problem, family always comes first. More time went by, and I reached out to Mike two more times. Told him I would still like for him to do the job . He didn't have the common courtesy to tell me either way, just decided to ignore my text messages from there on... Totally unprofessional Would not recommend at all!

We had Stinnett come out to look into an issue with a potential leak at the interior unit. They…read morewere supposed to call me to let me know what was going on since we are the party responsible for fixing the unit and we are not local, but nobody ever called. I had to follow up several times with emails and phone calls over several days to find out what happened, only to find out they did some work without authorization, and never contacted me. They said they cleaned the coils and it fixed the leak. With the issue continuing, and with how things were handled the first time with Stinnett, I did not feel comfortable having them return and sent out a second company. The second company visited the property and found the evaporator coil stopped up. They said it was brushed by another company but the coil is impacted internally, requiring it to be pulled and cleaned outside with coil cleaner. The leak caused discoloration on the front panel which needs to be addressed, and they found an extremely dirty air filter. Neither of the issues were noted by Stinnett. How can one company provide such little information when doing the same assessment as another company, is what I'm struggling to understand. We have now paid for the service call and cleaning of the unit to Stinnett, and the service call to another company to find out what is actually going on. I'm extremely disappointed in the service Stinnett provided.

Recently, we needed work done at our local mission, and they ghosted us. We've talked to the office several times, and this one particular guy is intentionally avoiding us. My wife was ghosted for two weeks before I sent this, and it's been about two weeks since I sent the message. It's horrible.
