Alfredo does an absolutely fantastic job. We have hired him several times and he has great communication, is always poignant, and self-sufficient. He brings his own water and own power supply if needed. He is truly a specialist in his field. We use his services to do clay wax and paint restoration on our vehicles due to the damage the car washes cause. He also removes minor scratches. Whatever your service level is in regards to exterior paint and scratch restoration... He knows how to handle it. He is such a specialist that sometimes I get lost listening to him explain what he is about to do. Just make sure you have a realistic time expectations because if he does multiple cars it take the majority of the day. The time he takes is more than worth it. read more

I'm in the process of selling my car, but needed it detailed. I called Freddy, and he gave me a ball park estimate. He showed up in a timely manner, and spent about 3 hours working on my car. Now mind you,,,, my car is a '13 Prius C, which is a small car. It's in very good condition, so it didn't need a lot of work. Just a few minor scratches & on the outside, a couple days of spots on the drivers seat, and a dried spill on the trunk mat. But Freddy took his time, and is a perfectionist in detailing. By the time he was done, my car looked almost new. I'm very impressed with his work, plus he's very personable, and reasonably priced. Will be using him to hand wash my new car, and to keep it looking new. Highly recommended!! read more

I contacted Freddy last week to make an appointment for today to do an interior detailing of my car. I gave him my address, confirmed that we don't have garage access, and he said he'd be here at 2:30pm. 2:30 came and went. At 3pm I called him to see if he was still coming. He didn't answer. I left a voicemail asking if he was still coming and to call me back. At 4:09pm Freddy called me back. He said he had no way of getting in touch with me because he didn't keep my number, and didn't have my address anyway. He figured maybe I wanted to cancel anyway, he said, because it was raining earlier this day (it was sunny at our appointment time). Right away he asked when I want to reschedule for. I said, well if we reschedule, can I at least have some kind of discount, since I got stood up?" Freddy told me no, because I never gave him my address (I did!), and he had no way of calling me because he didn't have my number (somehow this is my fault?). When I told him I did in fact give him my address, he told me he usually has customers e-mail him their address, and that I had not done this. I insisted I gave him my address over the phone when we made the appointment. He denied that I did. He then asked when I wanted to reschedule. This guy doesn't have a clue. read more

Thankfully I was able to schedule a same day appointment with Freddie. He was very professional and prompt with the appointment time. I didn't need a full detail but I definitely needed a wash. I was looking for a higher level of care when it came to my car. Freddie is a true master of his craft! You can definitely see that he's passionate about his work. He doesn't use the cheap washing supplies you can pick up at Autozone. He uses high grade stuff. He took his time and made sure it was perfect. Judging by the way the wash came out, I'm sure his details are well worth it. They say a picture is worth a 1000 words, so attached is the end result of his work! I highly recommend Freddy! From his response time, to his professionalism/punctuality, and the quality of his work... he really delivers the whole package. My SUV is going on 3 years old and the inside had never been detailed. Couple that with the fact that my daughter was 5 when I purchased the car and is CONSTANTLY eating, not to mention that I am far from a neat freak myself, and my SUV was really in need of some attention. The job was too much for me to take on, as I'm extremely lazy. Hence I jumped onto Yelp and based on the reviews, text Freddy. He immediately text me back and was very informative. We decided on a date and time about 3 weeks out. He followed up with me the day before to confirm the appointment, was on time, and did a fantastic job on the inside of my car. My husband who takes care of the outside of my car, but refuses to clean the inside (I don't blame him) had ZERO complaints, and he can usually, always find SOMETHING overlooked or missed (not today, sir!).
