Derick did a great job. His service included the entire car, interior and exterior. He comes prepared and knows his stuff. He must use at least 10 different products, all well known , Chemical guys, Meguiar's, yada, yada. He spent about half time on the interior, and the rest on exterior. Total time, 2 hours. My vehicle is a white ,2019 Honda CRV, and I have never had my interior detailed. Glad that I did. He used a leather conditioner on my leather interior. Another solution on my mats, another on my dash. Every surface looks like new. He is incredibly thorough. I originally just wanted my exterior done, but for his reasonable rate, I recommend getting the complete job, like I did. Not sure of the polishing product, he applied with a buffer pad, from a cordless drill, to my exterior. He did it in small sections, then he hand polished with a micro fibre cloth and I'm very happy with the super shiny result. read more

I would love to recommend this business but I cannot. Due to the fact Derrick's detailing service was hired for a gift to a relative, we made an appt with him, at least, 4-5 days prior. We confirmed the appt a few times. He showed up for the appt. However, Within MINUTES, he said he had to leave and would be back. He said he would contact us with an hour. It's been 32 hours now and no call or text from Derrick. This is the most inconsiderate, unprofessional, insensitive, waste of time that we have experienced...not to mention the lost of some income. We lost a whole day, waiting for Derrick to call, so the job could be completed. No call. No text. No update. Nothing. He is unprofessional and unreliable. He is NOT RECOMMENDED. read more

The car was clean but absolutely NOT DETAILED. I asked specifically that the dog hair get removed because we had just returned from a road trip unfortunately that was not done he put the seats up where the dogs were and then applied a ridiculous amount of what seems like amor all on everything so much so that I could barely drive with out my shoes slipping because my weather tech mats were so slick, I now have it on the floor in my house as well. I had to go in two days later and wipe down the entire inside of my car to get as much of it cleaned off as possible. I still had bug guts on my side mirrors, spilled sunflower seeds in my center console, dog drool on the rear door and dog hair still all over the floor. Started a yelp project to find a car detailed for two of my cars and this young man was one of the first to respond and he was very courteous and punctual and hard working. It was a hot day with temps hitting close to 100 degrees and he spent about 3 hours on each car washing the outside and inside of the vehicle. He was also very fairly priced compared to the other responses I received. Took off one star because he had overspray that came from doing dashboard that got on inside windshield that he didn't remove and it covered enough of the windshield that it was noticeable. The other missed item was he left the windshield washer blades up on both vehicles. A few small details I noticed that could have been done better but Would I use him again? Yes I think so.
