I told him it had frame damage, was totaled by insurance, insurance reported it as a total loss, and detailed the damages. He said that as long as the air bags didn't deploy it was fine. He said they have NO sales contract, I need to give him the car and the title, and then he'd mail the check or wire it. All other junk car buyers have contracts, so this was a first. This process is highly unusual, but he said he'd put the deal in writing after I send him a copy of my title and driver's license. I gave him the documentation he asked for, but he never put the deal in writing. He kept delaying, only would call me at 7:30am, and he never would call back. He got really sketchy as soon as I sent him my personal info. After days of stringing me along, he then said the car would be titled as a salvage so he can't buy it.....of course the car would be titled as a salvage...it was totaled in an accident and insurance reported this as they are supposed to do. Emad knew this. Apparently, this cheat and liar wanted to title my car as a normal car, w/ a clean title, after he bought it!! My car is a Honda Civic that was hit by a semi-truck, and I was very clearly selling it as a total loss, salvage car. There's no way my car can have a clean title after I sell it to someone; it's literally a junk car. I canceled my highest bid because Emad said we'd do business, but instead he dragged out the deal forever, cost me time and my next highest offer, when he did return calls he'd call only at odd really inconvenient times, and all of this was because he was trying to pass the car off as having a normal title after being hit by a semi-truck so he could sell it to an unaware victim. These people are not honest during sales, and since he wanted to sell my car without calling it a salvage after he bought it, I wouldn't let anyone I loved do business with him. KEEP SAFE, AND STAY AWAY!!!
