I called the office & requested a quote for a new one. Todd came out & looked at our current set up then got back to us with a price saying they would be out the following week to install it. I asked if there was any way to get it done sooner. He went to Tulsa to pick the unit up, rearranged their schedule and came the very next day! This new unit works better than the old one did, even when the older one was new! I'm so thankful for H&P and finally have peace of mind that the a/c is not going to quit in the hot summer.
