Once the free warranty is over you have the ability to extend the same bed bug warranty for up to one year total for a small fee. They just come back and spray periodically whats called a preventative to keep the protection going good the entire time. The sprays do not smell bad or really at all and they explained how safe they actually are compared to what I bought from Home Depot. By the way dont spray anything yourself it will cause them to spread faster. The best thing is that theres no contracts.
