Monday afternoon driving down 431 in Albertville Al and see mowers mowing the side of the highway…read more I pass one and hear a loud crack noise look around and my girlfriend is pointing right in front of her at a crack in my windshield. I call this company to try and get it fixed and get no answer. so I go to there office and noone is there. a few minutes pass and a box truck pulls up I get out and ask them if there is anyone I can talk to about it and they tell me there office is closed. they call there boss and they say he will give me a call about it. I wait all thru the next day and get no call, so I call them today and the "owner" is very rude and says " I'm not going to argue with you, I'm just going to hang up". it's terrible when a company does something wrong and refuses to own up to it. You pay so much for these lawn mowers but there is always mistakes that happen and errors in your equipment. right? well not here they are perfect and make no mistakes, in there eyes anyways. I just wanted my windshield fixed before it got colder and cracked even worse. they could have done the right thing but instead decided to be rude. lie about me. and refuse to help when they are the ones who broke my property. its sad when a company like this does something wrong and refuses to help someone. Dont they have insurance for these kind of situations?? I have to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket because this company won't take responsibility for there mistakes. They are lucky the rock didn't come thru and hit my pregnant girlfriend because then this would be an entirely different situation they could weasel there way out of! horribly rude company I would never recommend to my worst enemy! They were there on time and started working. I didn't expect them to work in the rain but they did, all day. The next day only Jason was there to finish the job. But he did a really good job and I was well pleased with his work. The building is better than it has ever been. Thanks for the work guys.

I hired Chris to do a job for me. He made a recommendation on the drainage that needed to be…read moreinstalled. We agreed on a price for the repair. The recommended repair was made after I paid additional money on top of the quote because he couldn't get the rock at the price he quoted. Chris wanted a 5 star review as soon as the job was done. Well after the first rain, I still had the same issue. I contacted Chris several times and he made arrangements no less than 5 times to come out and correct the issue. He tried to make it out that I was wanting something for free. What I wanted was the drainage issue corrected as stated. I could have left it alone and would have the same issue. In the long run he never even showed back up. Time after time he had a vehicle issue, staffing issue, employee going to rehab issue. He also never reached out to me. I always had to inquire if he was ever going to come back out. I enclosed a copy of all conversations I had with him. I found it comical that he suggested flex seal. I am done contacting him at this point. It appears that this one is going to have to go to court. I definitely recommend staying away from this crook.
