The drivers are lazy they do not read the addresses they drop my packages just anywhere I had a laptop I bought from a store over $1500.00 laptop they delivered it to someone else's house the people kept it did not return it to the store nor tried to deliver it to me FedEx did nothing about i had to call the store and let them know if this was the first time I could understand it but they do this all the time I have to go to the house that is vacant mind you and get my packages off the porch or out of the open garage. 2. When calling FedEx it's a nightmare you have to go through so much just to talk to a person then they just try and pacify you to get you off the phone never fix the issue! I will not use FedEx for anything if it says FedEx on the delivery I will not get what ever it is I'll skip it and change whatever it is FedEx does nothing to fix there mistakes!!!

I have been…read morethere twice now trying to get something printed out, and both times I had problems with either the way the file was saved or the size of it. James played around with it for a good while trying to get it printed more crisp or in a different size, and was unsuccessful, due to the program that was used to create the file. He also gave me some suggestions as far as what I can try, since we weren't able to get it printed at a high quality. They have been super patient and kind with me. I will definitely be going here from now on for all my printing needs.
