He assisted me in getting the info I needed on my phone to mail my package. He was very patient and helpful. I would not he been able to complete my task without his assistance. I was sent to staples first and they were unable to ship my return. I called amazon and they emailed what was needed for Kollen to complete my return. He is an excellent representative for this UPS location and has great people skills

From being asked to pay for 2 inches of tape to secure a box, to not being able to confirm availability of the notary. I would have thought in a small, quaint town as Fairhope that employees would be more friendly and accommodating - not so at this location. Very disappointing! But, I have learned that there are FREE notary services available at the Fairhope library, would highly recommend going there instead!
