Waited over 2 weeks, showed up to the shop at the time I had told the guy would work for me and he told me the time was different and he wouldn't get to it for a few hours. Told the guy when I set up the appointment I couldn't do a 9:00am appointment that it had to be 9:30am. Guess there was a failure in communication. 1 star for the bald guy with glasses for his attitude and inability to work with the customer. Also shops in the not so great section of town. It's really to bad because I had another car that I wanted to have done and I have a lot of contact with the public. If ever asked they will not be recommended.

We agreed on the afternoon they ran late it stated pouring so we rescheduled for the next day same time. They arrived early and had to wait on my husband. When I got home to check it out, it was horrible!! The window isn't sealed to the trim you can see that it will fog up I need to find a professional window installer.
