I usually have an appointment with Ana and she's great! This…read morelast visit I had an appointment set with her but for some reason I was set up with Kenny and it was a HORRIBLE experience. I've never had my nails and finger tips burn as much as they did with him. Every single one of my cuticles were left bleeding, some in multiple places. The whole time he was telling me how the color and shape were ugly. If I said 'that hurts you're hurting me' he would tell me to just relax. Some nails have his fingerprints imbedded in them because he didn't allow them to cure. On some nails the polish isn't covering the nail, some nails have so much polish on its over flooded and under my nails. At one point after curing them he filed the tops and just put a top coat over so half of the polish is gone. Overall horrible experience I could keep going. I tried messaging the place and talking with someone but I was left on read. Pictures (if I'm able to post) are the Saturday after I left and the morning of Tuesday after they had stopping being so sore.
