The tech was very nice and did confirm the color and nail shape. When she was using certain drills, she was hurting and cutting my skin hence the bleeding on my nail bed. Mind you, I do not think they are cleaning their drills properly because you can see how I bled. I did not get cuticle oil or lotion on my hands. I've gotten $30 manicures at other salons and they at least put cuticle oil on my nails. I shouldn't have to request that, it should be given. My nails are pretty and I do like them.
