I have gone here to get my nails done on multiple occasions and never had problems with that. But I just went to get a mani/pedi with a friend a few days ago, and the pedicure they gave both my friend and me were terrible. My friend actually had to go back the following day to get her big toe fixed because a large area in the middle of her nail had already smudged off maybe an hour or two after we came home. As you can see from the pictures I've posted of my toes, my pedicure was not much better. The two big toes are the sloppiest I have ever seen and the rest of my toes aren't much better. I could've probably done a better job with them myself truthfully. I will not be returning to this business for any more pedicures. In fact, the one I just got here was so bad that I'm planning to go to a different nail salon to get another one this week. What a complete waste of money. read more

absolutely awful. they were rough with my nails and fingers, I bled a bit. the nail polish job has random lines and bumps. they also chose random colors that I didn't choose. the place was okay, they were playing soccer on the tv. also the dude was just hanging around when there were more people in line to get their nails done. read more

Will never return to this place. The pedicure started out by sitting with my feet in the water while the guy who was doing it sat across from me in the other pedicure chair with his bare feet where customers put their feet watching his phone.. He then came over and started the pedicure, I asked for him to trim my nails and he just mumbled and didn't clip them. Then it was the fastest pedicure I've ever had with the worst massage. He then painted my toes but didn't let it somewhat dry between coats so it was almost goopy. I sat under the fan/light for 40 minutes and they were still soft and smudged. I asked a different guy for help and he was just going to add another coat on top of the already thick goopy paint. I ended up sitting and letting them dry another 15 minutes for a total of almost a hour and they still smudged. The "dry time" was twice as long as the actual pedicure. read more

The salon is not clean. The customer service is poor. They are understaffed. My nails were started and then the technician got up to work on two other people before coming back to me more than an hour later. And when he finished my nails, they were poorly done. I will never go back. read more

I got my nails done here several years ago. They were really bad so I never went back. I thought to give them another try and came here to get a fill I had long a acrylic gray coffin style nails. When I arrived all of the seats to the left were taken and there was one girl getting her pedicure done. No one acknowledged me or talked to me. But I figured because they were busy that was why. Finally when I was going to walk away a woman approached the sign in sheet and asked me what I needed. I asked if I could get an a acrylic fill. And she told me to sit down. The grandpa and I say that with the upmost respect because he was the only older gentleman there. He worked on my nails. he filed them down so bad that my nail felt like it was burning. I've been getting my nails done for several years and this is definitely not my first rodeo. So it's definitely not that I'm sensitive. A couple times I had to tell him that he was being rough and he just would roll his eyes in huff and puff. I am sure that he understood me because he was really annoyed a couple of times when I yelled ouch he grabbed my hand tighter and pulled me closer to the machine. I should've known that that's when I should've got up and left. But again I decided we're all human and we all have our bad days. Once he was done I got up and I walked over to pay and told him I wasn't going to pay for the full price. And they all argued in their native tongue and I told them and showed them my nails so that they could see exactly what I was talking about and the grandpa got up like he was going to fight. Very aggressively. The younger gentleman told him to sit down that he would take care of it but he definitely ignored me telling them that my nails are bad and out I wasn't going to pay full price. He cut me twice and you can see in the pictures he definitely put something on it to stop the bleeding but once whatever he put on it peeled off when I got home it started to bleed again. You can definitely look at the pictures and zoom in that'll give you a better idea. Now obviously it wasn't that I wanted a free service but this is bad and it looked worse in person. A simple apology or a five dollar discount or two dollar discount would've sufficed but this was plain disrespect. I did ask for the manager of the person that on the establishment. He reluctantly wrote on a piece of paper the name of a woman. Tina Yang. One of the ladies did offer to fix it but at this point I was there for about an hour to just get a fill. They overbooked themselves and that is really annoying the whole experience was terrible. As I look at the rest of the reviews now I can see why they haven't claimed this business. I went to get my nails done because of massive growth from my previously done nails. I sat there for an hour with acetone on my nails because I had gel dip (which is way too long and the woman next to me had the same thing but hers was off in 15 mins). When the male was filing my gel nails he filed way too deep on two nails filing deep into my real nail. it genuinely hurt my nails. When I asked for the nails to be cut he didn't ask a specific length, yet asked for what shape I wanted, and cut them as far as they could go. I am VERY unpleased with the fact I spent $42 on my nails that I worked so hard to not destroy for them to get destroyed in an hour. I won't be I returning. Also: I'm sure that the nail tech I had was NOT licensed as he was in high school and didn't know how to remove gel dipped nails. This should have been my first and only red flag before I left this place. I will be going back tomorrow and attempt for a refund. read more

Terrible place to go. Woman left glue residue all over my fingertips. Almost tore my cuticles with th grinder, and worst , I think I was over charged. Heard a lady say her pedicure was 30$, yet, they charged me 55$ for acrylics. New to Nebraska, but acrylics usually cost around 30$. Poor quality, elevated pricing. Never again. read more

They were the worst pedicure I've ever had. It costed $30, for the money it wasn't worth it. They had a teenager boy do my nails and he didn't even cut the cuticles. When I asked about the cuticles and the boy had no idea what I was talking about. Another person came over to finish the work. My sister and mom also got their toes done and it was not thorough whatsoever. They smudged and got paint on the skin. For what we paid, it was very disappointing. My daughter got her nails done a week ago and several fell off. So she went back and they charged her $50 for a full set. Then they charged her extra when she asked them to quit ripping off her old ones (very painful) and soak them. Sounds like they like to damage your nails so you have to cover them up. Total rip off. I wish I could rate Pro Nails -5. Pro Nails did terrible on my nails, the old lady was nice to me but she did a horrible job. First she didn't get the correct shape/style I wanted. I asked for tapered square and even told her to make the tips more narrow, almost like coffin but not completely. I don't even know what shape this is? Going further into the appointment she convinced me to get shilac, which I never do, always get regular nail polish. I was happy with how they looked in the process, until the top coat was applied. She had chosen to apply matte top coat, which I never asked for, nor do I remember her asking me. I told her after it had already been set, becuase I wasn't able to even look at them until after they had been set, I didn't want matte and that I wanted them glossy. She applied the glossy top coat ON TOP OF THE MATTE. They looked terrible and so bubbly and she ended up charging me $50. Will not be going again to say the least. read more

This nail salon was dirty which should have been my first clue. Then when I was dissatisfied with my nails the lady told me to just dry them and she would fix them. You can't fix shellac once it's set. She charged me over and above what I have paid in a bigger city on a regular basis for a shellac mani and pedicure....I only had shellac nails done at this salon.My nails look like a 4 year old drew on the white part of the French manicure. Go somewhere else! Or travel to Omaha, you would save money compared to the prices this place charges for one service. read more
