I alway go here for gel nails and my pedicures and sadly I will never go back. The owner was so rude to me and completely out of line. I showed her a picture she said she could do it. Didn't look at all like the picture so my mom and I asked her. she got pissed said she said she was taking it all off and refused to do anything. Said I wouldn't like it anyways. The other lady came over and put a snow flake on one nail. I have never seen or heard of a owner being so rude. I'm super sad because I really loved this place. Was visiting town and wanted to get my nails done so I found this place on yelp. The two gals that work there were very kind and did a great, precise job. I would note that I got a gel manicure and spa pedicure and that I did not have any nail polish on them for them to have to remove so couldn't say about that. Also to counter a previous review...they DID have those plastic spa liner things so I did feel like it was clean. I did not notice any cleanliness issues. The facility is clean, spacious and well decorated. I also went in at a time that they were not busy at all so did not have any issues. read more

Was in town for a family gathering and needed a gel mani polish change and regular pedicure. Staff was very friendly and accommodating considering I was a walk in on a Friday late in the day. But if I was back in town I would not come back here. Here are the issues I had with their service: Instead of individually wrapping my nails with cotton and foil they soaked my fingers in acetone in a ceramic cereal bowl...for a long time. The smell was awful and it really dried my fingertips. When it came time to scrape off the old polish she used a cuticle cutter opened and at an angle. It was very uncomfortable and she had to use a lot of pressure. It was more like she was peeling off the polish than scraping it. I was afraid she was peeling and scratching my actual nail. I was also afraid she was going to slip and cut me. Cleanliness is definitely lacking. Everywhere I've been in the last few years puts plastic liners in the spa tubs. Not here. Just filled the spa tub directly. I can hope it was disinifected for the 10 minutes it takes to kill bacteria since the last client. My biggest issue is the equipment used. She never got a pack of disinfected nails tools. She just grabbed some that were at her work station and started cutting. Now there is a chance they were disinifected. But do you really want to assume they are? On the plus side her paint job looked nice. It was very precise. But looking good does not outweigh the chance of your nails getting damaged by the use of bad techniques. I would recommend you steer clear of this place. read more

Was also staying at the Durango RV Resort and couldn't find a nearby spa with an opening. Got a mani peti there today for myself and my daughter. Prices were fair and always discussed up front. Work quality was good, would go back. read more

I was staying at the Durango RV Resort which is very close to the salon. I was unfamiliar with the area and just walked in. Miss Kim took me as a walk in and gave me an amazing spa pedicure and a beautiful set of gel nails. If I am in Red Bluff again, I would revisit Miss Kim. read more

Well it all started when I needed to get my nails done in a pinch. I went and had a decent experience. I continued on to go to my usual nails but tried again it was terrible I thought maybe I was a fluke you know it could have been the person, not the place. So I continue on and try it one more time and it was the service from HELL I will never return! My nails are soaking acetone to the point where they hurt and I could barely stand it to get the gel shellac manicure off because of the pain from him applying pressure just to scrape it off was so bad. Then the scariest thing that is ever happened to me happened he brought out a DRILL now I've seen once before to remove shellac manicure instead of soaking which you could touch your skin and it wouldn't even affect you. This one was the one that get you nails ready for acrylics I was terrified and it even more pain after everything!! I'm top of all of this the pedicure that only lasted a few days before my toenail started shipping and the shellac manicure from hell started shipping and was completely almost off within four days. You have been warned DO NOT go there! read more

They used too hot of wax and burnt my face. It was awful. Pedicure was good would not go again. Beware.

I was in pro nails last Friday and it was a great experience. the people were nice, talkative and they didn't rush us for other appointments. the massage chairs are awesome and the paint job was clean. definitely recommend this place! read more
