Just moved to town and the first salon I went to was so bad, I only had them finish my hands. Found Elegant Nails, gave them a call in the later part of the day & they had me in within 30 minutes. I got a pedicure & I have to say he did a fabulous job on the foot massage. And my toenails look great and my feet feel even better. Also I found that the wife and husband team were very friendly, and they keep a clean salon. I will be returning! read more

I love the work Lan has done! Her detailed designs always amaze me. It's always clean and beautiful! My little sister comes in to watch sometimes and I'll be taking her for her birthday! The second time I got my nails done (purple) I loved them, but I was sad because my nails weren't strong enough and broke quickly. Nothing that Lan did wrong, my nails were just shot and needed vitamins. I switched to fake nails so they would last longer and they've been great! read more

The service provided was very good! I was the first appointment of the day and they were prepared and early. I wanted a simple manicure and the man did a great job. Grant you there was zero conversation, other than if I had an appointment and price. A little awkward and at one point I felt that he was irritated with me because I couldn't hold my fingers a specific way but got passed that. The arm/hand message was worth any uncomfortableness!! Legit!!! I also didn't want polish so he took the time to shine the basic nail by buffing. Quality manicure and reasonably priced. I will go back for sure. read more

Walked in without an appointment. This is a small husband and wife run establishment. The man who did my pedicure did an excellent work, the massage was amazing - felt like i was in a spa getting my foot massage. The lady did great job on full-set. I got full set and pedicure. A+. Very pleasant folks, clean place, the tools are sterilized, great collections of nail colors, great price. Seriously way cheaper to get full set at this place for the price and great job. LAN never disappoints. I moved to Red Bluff from SoCal and I'm so happy I found her. She always does what I ask for beautifully. I take her a picture and she does it. My sister in law said to not go anywhere else but here and I'm so happy I waited, made an appointment and went here for both full set with gel polish and pedicure. I asked for no leg massage but I think Pho did not understand and gave me one anyway. I'm glad I went with it after all. Usually my legs are too tender but I really needed it. No pain no gain. Lan is amazing! She is often times booked, but it's because she is AMAZING. Even if she is running behind she never rushes my appointment, and that is special. I came here a few times and I won't be back. The man is very rude, he pulled my arm in a rough way a few times. My nails were way too thick, uneven and didn't look good at all. They have no customer service skills and they make the experience very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place. I'm very curious how they have good reviews. read more

My nails look sloppy and nothing how I want, and are already falling off a day later. The customer service is horrible. The people are kinda rude and mumble when they talk, and don't listen when you tell them what you want. Very uncomfortable to be around. Would not recommend. read more

I don't understand how they have good reviews these two persons are very unfriendly and rude with customers. We had an appointment for pedicure and acrylic nails and my sister got the chair with the guy. He was very rude because when he painted her nails she mess up her little thumb because he just use a little cotton to separate them. And the woman made me wait for my pedicure like 15 min or more because she was doing nails to someone else, she didn't told me anything you feel like you don't exist, my feet was inside the water for long time without doing anything so I take them out. When she finally came I didn't hear any sorry for the wait, not even an eye contact. After that when the guy was doing my sister nail he was very rude with her because he said she did a bump in one of her acrylic nails when she didn't move her hand. When the woman did mine it seemed that she was in a hurry and left my nails hurting me, she wasn't carful. Our experience here is the worst ever and will never come back. But the way the do smile a little when you pay them. When a woman goes to a place like this is to feel better ,to relax not to get more stress and pain!!very disappointed with this place and never comeback!! read more
