went today and it was terrible the guy absolutel sucked at doing my nails they are to short and ugly i started crying.

the customer service was less than par today lady in booth 2 is rough and rude Helen is usually pleasant but it seemed everyone was in a mood today except the pedicure ladies booth 2 lady was hateful to the lady that did my pedicure needless to say after taking my granddaughters every other week for over 6 months I will be finding somewhere else to spend $400 and hopefully find a place where we are welcome and treated with kindness wish them well but lady in booth 2 needs to go 100% read more

My friend and I went to get our nails done before our Colorado trip. Little did I know I would be getting proposed to on this trip. I wish my nails looked better as they were the worst I've ever gotten. I had mixed feelings about my square nails so I went back to get coffin nails. They weren't smooth and the edges weren't painted. Overall just so disappointed. I should have gone somewhere else. After spending $55 I didn't want to spend any more to go somewhere for them to fix them one day before leaving. read more

I guess I should have listened to the reviews I read. Been a very long tine since I was here. Entire new place for sure. I made an appointment but no one really waited. My nails are good. Not great bc she didn't even paint to the edges (my biggest problem besides language with nail places). But my $55 pedicure was BOMB. FELT GREAT. But I was never offered a drink or anything like reviews showed. I would score 3.5 bc not a 4. But I will give them another chance. Update... I left at 1:20 and by 5:30 my left ring finger straight up peeled off. So I have 9 nails with shellac instead of 10 . So disappointed. read more

The place was clean and friendly but busy. I chose the $22 pedicure and felt very very rushed. I do not feel the tech even tried to improve my feet. There is tons of dry skin that I sat peeling off after and the paint job would have been better applied by my 9 year old. I won't return. read more

Pro Nails always does a great job with my nails and pedicures. I've been going here for years. I'm very hard on my nails and there nails always hold up and never crack or chip on me. The Staff is wonderful and always gets me in quick. They are my "go to" nail salon! read more

I have been a good customer of Pro Nails, but unfortunately, unless I am desperate will not be going back. Treated today like a cattle going through a stall, the pedicure was horrible. It was like having my feet handled like they were glass. The manicure was also very bad. With a manicure you would expect cuticles clipped and nails cleaned. They did neither. I left there putting another coat of polish on my toes. I have been working in the yard a lot and my feet were barely touched. My husband also had a pedi, no cleaning of his toenails. Pathetic job today. $79 and we got a very poor job. For the first time ever, I did not leave a tip. Pretty sad. read more

I had the worst experience I've ever had at this place. My nail tech sped through my fill, leaving my nails uneven. The ones that I got glitter on were crazy thick to the point that it was unflattering. One of them had a hair painted into it. Then when all of my polish was bubbling she tried to say it was my fault. She had to redo them and they still looked sloppy but I was running low on patience. Avoid this place if you're not acting you nails to look professional! They weren't friendly they uphold me on my pedicure and my feet are just as rough now as they were when I went. The polish was applied so poorly and unprofessionally I see why all I saw were elderly women coming in( no offense but this place is not for trendy women)! 47 plus a tip! Never again!!! read more

my shellac started peeling within four days of getting it, a lot was stuck on my skin and was way over priced. she didn't even ask if i wanted the full manicure (hand massage and lotion), just did it and charged me for it. i wouldn't have been upset about receiving the full manicure if it had been worthwhile but it was definitely worth paying extra for. not coming back. read more
