I recently visited Nail Spa for a pedicure. It had been about 6-7 months since I had last gone to this particular nail salon. And I was shocked as soon as I walked in! I almost walked back out thinking I was at the wrong place! They recently underwent a management change approximately two months ago. Which made everything make perfect sense. It looked newly renovated. All new staff, equipment, pedicure chairs, etc! Everything also seemed much cleaner. All of the staff I spoke with seemed very friendly! Overall, especially with all the amazing changes, I will definitely be returning! Can't wait until my next pedicure! read more

they absolutely nailed it. pun very intended. an issue i normally face when i do my nails is that, i only get 4 of them dipped on my right hand. this often leads to confusion, and miscommunication with how i need them done, and almost never turns out how i want them. of course, they completely evaded this issue by asking questions, and proceeding from there. they were also incredibly welcoming; not even small talk, it was just talking. which is nice. furthermore, it was cheaper than any other place i've been to so far; $12 for 4 nails. which is, as far as i'm aware, a pretty solid price for such an excellent job. i'm also very disappointed in myself for not thinking to tip, and i will absolutely be tipping every time i go in, as i will now be frequenting this place. i figured the best i could do for now is leave a review sharing my thoughts on how they did. TL;DR it's cheap, they're very welcoming, and they do a great job. i highly recommend. read more

I went there to get my nails done and long story short they made them super crooked, she was super rough on my nails, cut me with a drill, and I ended up having a horrible infection and I might loose my nail. A different lady took my nails off and nobody apologized. Horrible experience and no refund. read more

I went here because of the good ratings and pictures, as soon as I got there I was seated but I waited about half an hour or more before Tom started working on my nails because he left to help someone who came after me since she had an appointment so I was patient and understanding. He seemed to be doing a good job until I walked out and took an extra good look and noticed some edges on my toes were missing nail polish. I let it be since I didn't have time to go back and get it fixed like I should've because now that I've had them polished for 2 weeks, the polish is fading and falling apart which is very disappointing because I spent $50 plus a $5 tip and they haven't even lasted half a month compared to other places I go to where they last a month without fading or peeling or missed edges. However the customer service and environment was friendly but the job wasn't the best for its rating... This is only after 2 weeks. read more

Went here to purchase Mother's Day certificates as it's a good location for most of the women in our family! Huge mistake! This is a two person show and I have 5 people including myself! I made a reservation and they don't open till after their advertised time so we set an appointment for 10:30am For 5 people. They said ok! Some showed up early but we all were on time! There was 3 other people in there as well! 2-8 ratio means a lot of waiting! And they turned away a lot of work as well! When it come to my pedicure I asked for the deluxe and they rushed through everything and I felt like I got the average regular pedicure! The polish ran on my toes because he put too much polish on each time and didn't let it set. I told him and he attempted to add more polish to fix it when he decided that it was not gonna work...duh... and started over but he just put the mail polish on, no base coat nor top coat! One of the ladies forgot the gift certificate and so I just decided to pay for hers as well! The price of everything there was more expensive then other salons and the quality of work was awful! I went back with the gift certificate later on to see if they would refund it and they refused! Needless to say I will never be back to this salon and encourage others to go somewhere else! read more

While the two people who work there are perfectly nice, their work is terrible and priced at top dollar. I got a pedicure and a french manicure. My feet were just as rough when I walked out as when I walked in; it was like she only painted my toenails which is something I could have done at home myself. My french manicure looks good from far away, but up close the white tips don't line up right on my nail, the texture of the nail is pitted and dull, and the guy cut at least two of my fingers while grinding my nails down for the application. It was pretty terrible and they hurt. I would not recommend anyone go here. I paid $60 for very mediocre service. read more

Excellent manicure and pedicure as long as the lady does the work. The man is unhappy in his job. I have been there twice and both times he walks around with the appearance he is in a bad mood and that you have walked into his shop to both him. He is rude, and appears to talk about you is you bump your manicure and need anything redone. I will never return to this shop. read more
