No because I did not use them, so I can't attest to their work. But do they deserve a 5? No. Whether I chose to use them or not, my contact with them from start to finish is all part of my involvement with this business. They could have handled the situation differently. All other businesses that I have contacted at this time that have either said they are booked, can't do anything because of the COVID issues, or are just waiting on me to make a decision, have all responded with giving me rough estimates for the job and will give me firm estimates and help me when they can get me on the schedule. This was a very different experience with this business who is now "willing" to help. Hopefully they can use this feedback to learn how to positively respond to potential customers even if they are not in agreement.
