They had to take the machine about two hours away from Dayton to have it repaired, and the manufacturer had delays of their own. Once it was back up and running, they were back to complete the job. They had to cut a fairly large hole in the bonus room's knee wall to gain access. They contracted a drywall company to come out and fix the wall and it looks just as it did originally. The owner, James, and his certified energy tech, Jeff, came out to use the infrared thermal imaging camera to verify the walls didn't have any voids. Everything looked good and we're looking forward to increased comfort and lower utility bills!

He knew to let me know and he should have gotten one of us prior to the strangers entry into the home. It's important to note that this strange man did not work for Miami Valley Insulation and we had never seen nor spoken to this strange man before he showed up.
