Meet the Business Owner: Robert M.

I have always loved to draw and went to college to pursue an art marketing degree. After college I apprenticed at a local sign shop where I learned how to use graphic design in sign manufacturing. Now I own a sign and design shop where I help small businesses by creating a brand presence by making logos and product labels that are perfect for their target market. I love that I can use art to help others!

We had used Bobby for a few years now and never had an issue. We recently asked him to stripe our 2016 mustang. He not only left bubbles and hair under the stripes but cut a gash in our car by the license plate on the bumper. You can clearly see where the blade slipped right by the stripe and he cut through our paint. This is the first time we've had a huge issue with pro signs. We've had small ones in the past he has fixed. All we asked him to do after sending him pics was pay the $250 to fix the scratch he made. We showed him pics and sent him a quote from Ford. He asked us to wait a few days before we washed it. For the stripes to set. So that's why it wasn't noticed for a couple days with it being on the underside of the Lisc plate area. Instead of fixing the scratch he has refused to fix it now saying he didn't do it and even though You can clearly tell how it was caused in be pics and there was not a scratch on our NEW 2016 mustang he refuses to fix the mistakes. Mistakes happen. Fixing them is what makes the difference. He also put hairline scratches on our roof and said oops sorry. Hope they buff out. So after this experience we and our club will never use him again. We have other members that are dissatisfied as well. So this is my experience and my opinion. He's a good person but I will never use him again Bc he damaged my property and refuses to fix it. read more

Bobby the owner is very talented! Can make anything u can think of... His talents don't stop @ just signs or business cards... He can make signs on almost any material.... Don't hesitate to call!! Great customer service!! read more
