After a few try he told my tenant it was most likely tree roots clogging the pipes and since it's Friday he's leaving and won't be back until Monday. I called Reeda the next morning(Saturday) pleading for her to send someone out to fix the issue but she informed me they don't work weekends especially since they have a party this weekend. I then had to call another plumber out to fix the issue. They just had to use their commercial size auger to get it unclogged easily. I even paid extra so he can run his camera to see the issue and it ended up being toilet paper and not tree roots like Reeda plumbing said. Reeda called Monday expecting I still need their service... they think I would keep my tenant from being able to use the bathroom for a whole weekend... When I told her another plumber got it fixed already, she then demanded a payment??? They did not have the proper tools for the job. I would not recommend at all!
