He was very unprofessional, belligerent and angry within one minute of speaking with us. He could not justify any of the labour charges on the bill as he stated he did not work on my unit. As he continued to get angrier he stated I was not welcome as a customer and to never come back to his business again. My reply was I would be back so he could warranty the work if there were any issues. I have never been treated so poorly by any business owner. I will not be recommending Wild Mountain RV to anyone I know and will let the RV repair person that did recommend them to me to stop as the whole experience was very upsetting and unpleasant.

I asked Sam what is going to be done about the mud on the carpet in rig and he stated "I'm am no longer welcome there." So much for warranting their work. Disappointing to say the least. I've stopped in there numerous times, the shop keep has always been helpful and offered good insight, both with treating septic tanks, replacing vents, water proofing advise, batteries that will hold up in aggressive cold weather winter camping. I recently upgraded my truck camper and the fridge didn't work, they sold me a part that I could return that they used in house for their own troubleshooting - I appreciate that and the guidance as it helped me diagnose my issue. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my RV in to them for service if I needed to. In the meantime, Hobo is my goto place for everything RV as the pieces/parts I needed have always been in stock, and I've been happy to get my items ordered and pick them up later. Thanks hobo RV!

They charge $83; When I said that is being deceiving, they didn't see it that way. If going through insurance, then you are suppose to get that money back.... but if you are not going through insurance you have to pay that amount.... I don't know how you can see it as not being deceiving.... They also only do body work and sub out the mechanical work, so I couldn't even get a proper mechanical estimate done. I left and don't plan on dealing with people that are deceiving right off the bat.
