I asked for pictures of the box I packaged and no response disappeared .. this guy is a scammer and dont trust him with your car and dont give him a penny of your money

I would even drive 30+ miles just for an oil change. I trusted them THAT much. Carlile Motors is our new shop. Our 2020 Suburban started having a click in the engine in March 2025. After taking it to several shops, even to a Chevy dealer, we just didnt feel like we were getting straight answers from anyone. In August 2025 we found Carlile Motors. Cesar at Carlile knew immediately what our issues were. He walked me through the fix every single step of the way from identifying the issue, explaining how it likely happened, explaining the relationship to that part of the engine to everything else, and what the options are for a fix. He explained a short term fix and a long term fix, the costs, benefits and challenges with each. Cesar explained everything to me in laymens terms because I dont speak the automotive language. Carlile Motors is top notch, and our new auto shop. They should be yours, too, if you dont already have a car guy. They do everything, from a simple oil change to major repair jobs. They work on fleets of vehicles, too, including state law enforcement vehicle fleets and jumbo dump trucks. That says a lot. Thanks Cesar and Carlile Motors Team. Shortly after getting my car back, I noticed oil dripping underneath the vehicle. I returned to the dealership and was told the issue had been fixed. However, when I got home, the car was still leaking oil. I brought the vehicle back a third time and was then told that the threads on the oil pan were worn out and that the entire oil pan would need to be replaced at a cost of about $800. Not feeling confident in that diagnosis, I took my car to another mechanic for a second opinion. Within minutes they discovered that the wrong washer had been used to seal the oil plug during the oil change. After installing the correct washer, the leak stopped immediately. So what I was originally told would require an $800 repair was actually the result of an incorrect part used during the oil change performed at Sunrise Volkswagen. I expect better attention to detail and accountability from a dealership service department. Unfortunately, this experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and could have led to an expensive repair that wasn't needed.

It was about 8 pm and all the mechanics were closed. I called the number for Able and Jeff answered. I told him the situation and he offered to wait until the tow truck got there. It was 10 when we finally got to him. He looked at the car that night. While he was diagnosing the car he gave us soda and mosquito repellent. Once he solved the issue and ordered the part to come in the next day he dropped us off at a hotel and picked us up the next day! He even taught us to look out for signs of overpriced service from other mechanics! Wish he was in Gainesville because I'd take my car to him for anything! Great man, good mechanic! Knows his stuff!

Walking past my tire I see a big ole screw jutting out and the air pressure is low according to me sensor - wonderful. Having had some negative experiences with the local tire shops who all want to sell you a new tire instead of a relatively cheap repair, I popped online for a search to see what the alternatives were and Perry Mobile Tire Service popped up. All the reviews looked promising so I gave them a call - James answered, we had a quick chat and he said he would be by in about 30 minutes. 30 minutes later that truck pulled up and we had a good conversation as he proceeded to repair my tire while the car was in my driveway- what more could you ask for? Price was what he quoted over the phone and James was just a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended for all your tire needs- he does more than repairs so keep him in mind.

I came here for an oil change. They will not let you get out of your car, so it's almost impossible…read moreto see what's going on and what they're doing. However, I could see through the small gap between the open hood and the top of my dashboard that they were putting a plastic hose down my dipstick tube. I said, "Wait, what are you doing? Are you sucking the oil out through the dipstick tube?" He said "Yes." I said, "No, I want you to remove the drain plug and do it properly". He replied, "We can't do that. It's our policy". I said, "Well, don't do it then and I'll just change it myself". He pulled the hose out of the dipstick tube, shut my hood, and said I was free to go. I left and started driving north on US-1 toward Fort Pierce. As I was driving, the low oil pressure light started to come on and off intermittently. I immediately knew the car was dangerously low on oil. I immediately pulled into Express Car Care near Edwards Rd by the railroad tracks and told him my story. When he drained my oil, he said only a HALF-QUART of oil came out! Valvoline Instant Oil Change SUCKED THE OIL OUT OF MY CAR AND LET ME DRIVE OFF. I went back to Valvoline Instant Oil Change when my oil change was completed at Express Car Care and asked them why they sucked the oil out of my car and let me leave. Of course they denied it. The technician eventually admitted that the machine was only on "for a minute". Apparently that's all it takes to remove the oil from a small engine that only holds 3.5 quarts. I called corporate headquarters and spoke with the area manager, who staunchly denied any wrongdoing and would not accept any responsibility. They denied removing any oil from the vehicle whatsoever. I maintain my vehicles diligently and know precisely how much oil I had before I arrived. I just checked it THAT MORNING. The facts are: (1) Oil level and oil pressure was FINE BEFORE ARRIVAL, regardless of what management claims to save face.. (2) They inserted a vacuum oil removal machine into the dipstick tube (3) I had low oil pressure warning upon departure. (4) Other mechanic found engine only had a half quart of oil and documented it. This is blatant incompetence and I want acknowledgement from them that if my vehicle develops any significant internal engine problems, that they are responsible but they refused. My vehicle only has 28,001 miles on it. I would recommend to never come here under any circumstances.
